1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the tkbaz platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tkbaz ("we", "our", "platform") and every registered member ("you", "user") who uses our services.

By creating an account on tkbaz or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we ask that you refrain from using the platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on tkbaz. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts is considered fraudulent activity.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tkbaz may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method. We reserve the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. Verification may typically require: a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

3.1 Deposit Policy

For depositing funds on tkbaz, we accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.

Deposited funds will be returned only via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

tkbaz reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal in the following situations: incomplete verification, suspicious activity, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or suspected violation of these Terms.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

tkbaz is fully committed to preventing money laundering. We monitor all large transactions. If any suspicious activity is detected, we are obligated to suspend the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus is still ৳5,000, meaning your total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses apply to one account, one device, and one IP address only.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• tkbaz reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the time limit stated in the bonus or promotion terms, the bonus will expire.

4.4 VIP Program

The tkbaz VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% at Diamond. Staying regularly active allows you to advance to the next tier.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

tkbaz is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are independently tested and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are completely impartial and not predetermined.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkbaz:

• Applying coordinated betting strategies with third parties to deceive the system.

5.3 Consequences of Violations

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above, tkbaz reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account. In such cases, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable.

10.3 Funds After Closure

At the time of account closure, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in the user's name, unless there is reasonable cause for forfeiture due to a violation of these Terms.
